Alpha numeric keypad

It is sometimes necessary to dial numbers based on the letters they represent (for example info line- you need to spell out the store/service/brand using the alpha numeric keypad. ) Being that the numbers on Keyphone's qwerty keyboard does not visibly follow that same pattern, it gets confusing. While this is not an issue that prevents users from using Alpha numeric keypad, because it can be dialed from personal memory, it would be helpful if there can be a way for this to work better. Perhaps a touch keypad on the screen, or maybe there can be a certain key (like alt) that converts the input of alphas to the corresponding numbers to the dialer
