Audio quality

I tested audio for .wav incoming sms non was able to play only bellow u need to improve to suport higher quality smaller size. The pom supports them
The ranking goes from uncompressed PCM (best) to mu-law (phone quality) and finally ADPCM/G.726 (lowest), with mu-law being the best balance for MMS.

You have noticed pcm_s16le.wav, but it is completely uncompressed, which makes it one of the worst options due to very big size.
