Contact Options & Dates

There is no option to use your contact form without a phone number. Some of us prefer our privacy and use e-mail. There also might be people who want to buy it that don't currently have a phone. There are also no dates listed. It just says "Pre-Order" on the homepage and "ORDER NOW!" on the order page. Which is it, order or pre-order? And when does it ship? I can't ask that question on your contact form due to its privacy-limiting nature.
