Image compress in mms

if img is (926×515) 63kb it arrives proper
if image is (1024×848) original 243 kb ur messeging app compress it to
(580×480) over compressed 38 kb i tested the same carier other phones and its not compressed i know u know about the issue just taught this data can be helpful for debug
