Messages - voice notes

1. Outgoing messages - can't play back audio recordings until after they are sent. I want to review recordings before sharing them. (Same for images, btw. It'd be nice to have preview (and save) options for photos taken in the messaging app.)
2. Incoming messages - the phone won't play back voice notes, it displays an error message (see attached). Also, it displays the same error for the next while after the initial display every time I navigate to the messaging app.

PS, I accidentally attached the image twice. I don't see a way to remove one. Sorry about that.
