New keyboard software update not picking up every key press

The delay doesn't seem to be quite right for me. I know I have missed n, p, t, double t, double s, and maybe a few others. It's hardly consistent, but noticeable already. My keyboard was sent back for modification, so I have no idea what combination of hardware and software I have now.
