Outside the US, we do not use SMS.

It would be nice if there were an option to have apps from the Play Store. Without WhatsApp, it would be useless to me. Outside the US, no one uses SMS to communicate. Banks require you to have their app installed on your phone for certain transactions, and you can't use SMS as an option.
