Phone dictionary

1. When i add a word to the dictionary it still shows as misspelled, and
2.it lets me add the same value again
3. There should be a place where to manage (view/add/remove) personal dictionary entries
4. There should be an "ignore" option when using words that are not recognized, specifically in notepad
