Touch screen

There a lot of parts on the phone that ypou can only press on something on the screen only by using the physical center button and not when touching on it with my finger which makes the phone a litttle hard to use sometimes as when scrolling with the screen and then need to press something only it doesnt work i have to use the physica button to press on it but then the button doesnt know where i wanna press cause its not boxed in for the button to know so then i have to scroll again but this time using the buttons so hope you get the problem and fix it soon thank you very much
